Client and Social Services
Our professional staff of Licensed Social Workers provide ongoing support and
assistance to residents as well as families.
Client Service Representatives will gladly arrange a personal tour for you, and
are prepared to answer your questions concerning the admissions process,
discharge planning, and financial issues.
Social Services are provided and available to attain and maintain the highest
practical physical, mental, or psychosocial well-being of each resident. Once
admitted, Social Services continues to work with the resident to assure timely
application for benefits and help with community services, discharge planning,
placement issues, and a variety of conflict resolution interventions. This
department helps residents and families to adjust to the many changes
experienced when the care of a loved one must be entrusted to others.
