and Medicaid provider. We are a member of the American Association of Homes and
Services for the Aging, Association of Ohio Philanthropic Homes and Housing for
the Aging, as well as a member of the Akron General Health System. It is our
policy to admit and treat all persons without regard to race, color, national

Payment information: Rose Lane is a certified Medicare and Medicaid provider,
