Rose Lane employs compassionate, professional Registered Nurses and Licensed
Practical Nurses who are experienced in geriatric rehabilitation. All of our
nurses aides are specially educated and tested through the state of Ohio.
Our purpose is to attain and maintain the optimum level of independence and
functioning possible, meeting the individual needs of each resident in a
medically safe, kind and professional manner. This is accomplished through
continuing education of the staff members and low resident-to-staff ratio.
